Nearshoring
Sintecs and Sintecs Product Engineering have adopted nearshoring sourcing as an alternative to "traditional" offshore outsourcing. We will leverage Eastern Europe's proximity, cost structure and international trade within the EU with a more convenient alternative, including minimal security issues, fewer language and cultural barriers, no time zone differences, and low turnover rate.
Due to the fact that the in-laws of our founder live and work in Belarus we have good understanding and access to the market over there. This has resulted in our own company in Belarus where we have experienced engineers onboard in the field of hardware and software development. Nearshoring the movie!
